One could say Jim was born to run this company; under the tutelage of his father, Jim Sr., he pursued accounting through college and began work with Walquist & Renodin upon graduating. Honing his skills and developing strong relationships with clients over the past two decades Jim has helped sustain and grow the exceptional service clients come to expect when working with W&R.

Her kind demeanor and 'can-do' attitude are a breath of fresh air. Maria is a consummate professional and proud mother of our company mascot, Dr. Spuds Mackenzie.

Joe built and maintained countless relationships with clients all across the Capital Region, some of whom would routinely call just to check in and say hi! A master of tax regulation and an avid amateur photographer, Joe wore many hats during his stint at W&R. He will be sorely missed, though he does occasionally stop by the office to make sure the rest of us aren't letting the building burn down!

Jim exemplified the expression "work-hard, play-hard": you could almost always count on him working beyond business hours, though it was a sure thing that he'd hand you a bud-light and some bbq after being invited to his lake house retreat. Jim unfortunately passed in January 2019. Though, his presence can still be felt within the office, there is simply no replacing the larger-than-life community fixture he personified.
